The sound reached the ears of the owner of the apartment after carrying through the hallway and into the room where he laid asleep. Bloody Rain P1The man who had been on the other side of the phone listened to the other receiver click, before setting his own receiver down. He sighed and shifted uncomfortably in his chair, despite his apparent calmness while talking to his 'client'. He glanced up, out of his train of thought, eyes coming to rest on the woman sitting across from him, on the opposite side of his desk. She was dressed like any other random woman would be, wearing a slightly faded pair of blue jeans and a slightly formal-looking crimson overcoat that complimented her chestnut brown hair, all over a plain white t-shirt. Nothing about her seemed strange to the normal person
